Capabilities

A balance, then a card.

No KYC to open an account. Deposit supported crypto, keep it in an internal ledger, and fund a virtual card when you want to spend.

All features
  • 01

    No KYC

Open with an email and a password. No identity check to start using the account.

  • 02

    Several assets

Hold ETH, stablecoins, and chain natives in one account. Each asset can be enabled on its own.

  • 03

    Deposits with a network

Choose the asset and the chain together. A token is tied to its contract, not only its ticker.

  • 04

    Virtual cards

Issue a card, fund it from your available balance, and freeze it when you want spending to stop.

  • 05

    Fees before you move

Issuance, funding, and withdrawals show their fee before you confirm the movement.

  • 06

    A ledger you can read

Deposits, funding, and fees are entries. A correction adds a new entry instead of editing history.

How it works

From a deposit to a card you can freeze.

Three moves on the surface. Confirmations and fees stay visible along the way.

  1. 01

Open an account — no KYC

Create an account with an email and a password. No identity documents. KYC is not part of this step.

  2. 02

    Deposit a supported asset

Choose the asset and the network, then send to the deposit address for that pair.

  3. 03

    Wait for confirmations

The deposit is detected, then credited after that network and asset reach the required confirmations.

  1. 04

    Fund a virtual card

Issue a card and move funds from your available balance onto it. The fee is on the screen before you confirm.

  2. 05

    Freeze when you need to

Freeze or unfreeze the card from the dashboard, and read its transactions in the same place.

Assets and networks

A ticker is not a chain.

The same symbol on two networks is two deposits. This is the initial set the platform is designed to configure. Assets can be enabled or disabled.

Initial assets and the networks each one is designed for. A filled mark means the asset is part of the initial set on that network.

  • Ethereum

Native ETH, plus USDT and USDC as separate tokens.

  • BNB Smart Chain

Native BNB, plus USDT and USDC as separate tokens.

  • Tron

Native TRX and USDT. A Tron USDT deposit is a different payment from Ethereum USDT.

  • Solana

Native SOL, plus USDC and USDT as separate tokens.

A deposit is credited after the platform has checked the network, the recipient address, the token contract, the amount, and the confirmation count. A transaction hash on its own is not treated as a deposit. Confirmation counts are configured per network and asset.

Safeguards

Your balance does not live at the card provider.

The ledger is the record of what you hold. Cards are funded from that record. A provider outage does not rewrite it.

Security notes

The ledger is the balance

What you hold is the sum of ledger entries. A deposit, a card funding, a fee, or a correction is a new entry. Past entries stay as they were written.

The provider is not your balance

If the card provider is unavailable, your internal balance stays in the ledger. An outage does not erase it or rewrite it. Cards already issued stay with that provider.

Card secrets stay with the provider

The product is designed so the full card number and security code are not stored in Truefer. Viewing sensitive card details asks you to confirm it is you.

A money movement runs once

Creating a card, funding it, and submitting a withdrawal carry an idempotency key, so a repeated request does not create a second movement.

All questions
What does Truefer do?

Truefer lets you deposit supported crypto, hold a multi-asset balance, and fund virtual cards from that balance. You can freeze or unfreeze a card and read its transactions.

Which assets and networks are included?

The initial design covers Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Tron, and Solana, with ETH, BNB, TRX, SOL, USDT, and USDC. The same ticker on two networks is two different deposits. Each asset can be enabled or disabled.

When is a deposit added to my balance?

After the transfer is seen on the correct network, to the correct address, for the correct token, and it reaches the confirmation count configured for that pair. A transaction hash on its own is not enough.

Is KYC required?

No. You open an account with an email and a password. No identity documents. Truefer is not an anonymity product.

Will a card work at every merchant?

No. Acceptance depends on the card program and the merchant. Truefer does not guarantee approval.

Open an account. No KYC. Fund a card when you need one.

Deposits, balances, and cards stay in one place. Merchant acceptance still depends on the card program.
